FREEMAN will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials as of April 1st to the above address. Materials arriving after April 22, 2010 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse receiving hours are Monday through Friday between 8am – 4pm. For after deadline rates, refer to Material Handling Order Form located in the General Contractor section of this manual. Drivers must check in no later than 3:30 pm in order to be off-loaded on arrival date.

FREEMAN will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning 1:00 pm on April 29, 2010 by TARGET.

- To request a revised targeted move-in date, Exhibitors MUST complete and return the following form no later than April 15, 2010.
Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. If you have a vehicle or are a targeted exhibitor and scheduled to move in on this day - view color-coded target map If you are scheduled to move in on Thursday, April 29th, then your shipment cannot be received before April 29th.
Please contact FREEMAN if you have questions regarding move-in times and dates. Any shipments received at show site after the show opens will be assessed an after-deadline charge.
Our Exhibitor Services Department will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and Labels in advance. Complete the Outbound Material Handling section on the order form and your paperwork will be available at show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for pick-up of your exhibit at the close of the show.

Personally Operated Vehicles (POVs):
Privately Owned Vehicles are defined as cars, pick-up trucks, vans and other trucks primarily designed for passenger use. Vehicles containing more than 500 lbs of material, straight trucks, bobtails, contract carriers and vehicles with trailers are NOT considered POV’s and must report directly to the Freeman Marshalling Yard.
